Also called "The Queen of the Alps", the waterfall of Rouget is the most prestigious of Savoy. Made of 2 falls, it drops from more than eighty meters high.

To discover the waterfall of Rouget, it is to deserve and to savor at 100% the magnificent spectacle that it offers! This loop will take you to the foot of the waterfall. Further on, on the way back, discover a point of view of the famous "Queen of the Alps".

From the car park, go on the road then take the dirt road that goes down immediately to the right, below the car park. Find the GR5 route and follow the direction of Cascade du Rouget. The path comes back on the road to cross the torrent on the bridge. Continue a little on the road, then after a few tens of meters, take a path on the left, which allows you to leave the road (sign). The trail climbs through the woods, crosses a small stream (bridge) and then goes up on the road. Continue on the road; and at the turn of the bend, admire the Cascade du Rouget which is suddenly revealed!
